Report a lost or stolen card

Follow these steps to report your card lost or stolen using the TSB Mobile Banking App.

Step 1

Tap the card icon on the homepage.

Tap ‘Report as lost or stolen’.

Step 3

Review next steps and tap ‘Continue’ to proceed.

Select ‘Lost’ or ‘Stolen’ then tap ‘Continue’ and follow the instructions on the next screens.
