This cap cover

Terms and conditions

For more information about arranged and unarranged overdraft interest and other banking fees, please see our Banking Charges Guide (PDF, 832KB)

How the calculator works

  • The total monthly cost is for illustrative purposes only and based on the information you have provided. It only includes overdraft interest, other account fees may apply

  • This tool is only suitable for calculating an estimate of cost for arranged overdraft borrowing of up to £5,000 and unarranged overdraft borrowing of up to £500

  • The overdraft calculator will assume that the amount selected will be used within the same monthly billing cycle. If the amount selected will be used over more than one billing cycle further interest will apply

  • When calculating the cost related to any unarranged overdraft please enter your maximum overdraft limit and the number of days you will be at this limit. Unarranged overdrafts begin once you have used all your available overdraft limit. If you do not have an overdraft limit, or simply want to calculate unarranged overdraft charges by themselves, please enter £0 in the arranged overdraft part of this calculator

  • How much we lend you (if any) is subject to application and approval

  • Interest rates are correct as at 16/03/2020. Interest rates are variable
