TSB will forward the details to the Post Office for processing. It can take up to 14 days for the Post Office to set-up the service, and they will let TSB know.
TSB will send you a letter confirming the Post Office Change Giving arrangement is in place and will enclose a copy of the memo supplied by the Post Office which will include the total guaranteed change value, the full address of the Post Office branch and its opening hours.
It is not always possible to allocate your preferred branch, but the Post Office will provide alternatives. If you wish to make changes to the service once it’s set-up, you’ll be able to do this directly with your allocated Post Office branch. They will have a copy of your change requirements.
Change will be subject to availability.
