Our Business Internet Banking service makes it easy to manage your accounts, check your balance, and make or receive faster payments, whenever and wherever you need to. 

Register for Business Internet Banking

Before you can bank online with us, you’ll need to register using the form below.

There are 3 levels of access available

This level of access is for the people in the business who are named on the bank mandate. You’ll be able to:

·        View all the business accounts online

·        Check balances and transactions

·        Pay another person or company

·        Transfer money between your accounts

·        Make international payments

·        Authenticate transactions using our secure Business Banking Authentication App

·        Set different levels of access for each of your Internet Banking users

·        Apply for other products and services

·        View and cancel most Direct Debits

·        Set up, amend and cancel most standing orders

·        Download statements into a financial software package

To get this level of access, complete the Internet Banking registration form.

This level of access is for the people named on the bank mandate who need to do things like check balances and make payments. You’ll be able to

·        View the business accounts that you’ve been given access to

·        Check balances and transactions

·        Pay bills to another person or company

·        Transfer money between your accounts

·        Make international payments

·        Authenticate transactions using our secure Business Banking Authentication App

·        View and cancel most Direct Debits

·        Set up, amend and cancel most standing orders

·        Download statements into a financial software package

For this level of access, you’ll need to follow these steps:

  1. Download and print the PDF delegate registration form below
  2. Fill out the form with the details requested
  3. Sign the form, collect other required signatures, and send it back to us at this address:

Our TSB Business Mobile app

If you’re applying for Full Signatory Access or Delegate Full Access, you’ll need to download our Business Banking App. This will act as a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for added security and allow you to make payments to new recipients.

Please note: We’ll need to check that it’s you resetting your password and/or memorable information. If you're attempting to reset:

  • Online – You’ll need to have registered a telephone number with us.
  • By phone – You’ll need your personal security number. If you don't have one, you can request one by calling 0345 835 3858 on Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm (excluding bank holidays).
  • In branch – You’ll need a form of ID, for example a passport or driving license.

Yes. To change your level of access you’ll need to complete and submit a new registration form.

Yes. When you're registered for Business Internet Banking you can sign up to receive free Text Alerts - updates on your balance and your last six transactions sent straight to your mobile.

There is no charge for using the Business Internet Banking service, however there may be charges for operating your bank account. TSB makes no charge for the use of its Business Internet Banking service. However, any charge made by your Telecoms Provider and/or Internet Service Provider (ISP) for using the Internet will still apply.

  • View account balances for business sterling accounts
  • Make payments via Faster Payments
  • Make up to 25 payments in one batch
  • Set up and manage standing orders
  • Manage Direct Debits
  • View transactions on your account for at least the last 13 months
  • Print your statement or download it into a financial software package
  • View forecast payments and forecast cleared balances to help manage your money
  • Apply for free Text Alerts - we'll send your account balance and up to the last six transactions to your mobile
  • Apply for other products and services such as loans, overdrafts and savings accounts online
  • Delegate access allows individuals other than the account signatory access to accounts online
  • Set individual payment limits for Business Internet Banking users.
  • Business Internet banking can be set up to allow 2 or 3 users to authorise all online payments - to enable organisations to bank online when multiple authorisations are required
  • Make International payments

Yes, as long as you have Internet access

Always use the latest version of your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari). Web browsers often provide a level of inbuilt protection such as anti-virus and anti spyware. However, you should not regard this as a substitute for your own anti-malware products, which still need to be maintained. Using an out of date browser increases the likelihood that someone might be able to exploit a weakness, so having the most up to date version and ensuring that all security patches have been applied is important.

No, Business Internet Banking should run on any web browser with the equivalent functionality of Microsoft Internet Explorer v. 7.0 or above.
