Freeze a card

Follow these steps to freeze your card using the TSB Mobile Banking App.

Step 1

Tap the card icon on the homepage.

Step 2

Select the card you want to freeze then tap ‘Freeze card’.

Step 3

Toggle the ‘Freeze my card’ button.

Step 4

Your card will be frozen.
