Need a chat about your money?
Sometimes you need a face-to-face chat about your money. That’s why we’re opening TSB Pods in selected locations in the UK. A TSB Pod is a purpose built banking space, where you’ll be able to meet with one of our Money Confidence Experts.
What can Money Confidence Experts help you with?
Our Money Confidence Experts are here for face-to-face support with managing your money, including providing product information and helping you get started with Internet Banking and the TSB Mobile Banking App. You can also withdraw cash at a Pod using one of our cash machines.
We’re not able to handle cash, so for large withdrawals, deposits or cheque payments, your nearest branch or a Post Office will be able to help. If our Money Confidence Experts are not able to help you on the day, they will be able to offer guidance on which service you need and how to use it.

Do you need to bring any ID when you visit a Pod?
Yes, when you visit one of our Pods we’ll need to check your ID. As well as having your TSB Bank Card, the documents you can bring with you for this are listed below:
Where to find a TSB Pod.
If you visit one of our Pods and our Money Confidence Expert is already busy, they’ll arrange to see you at a convenient time or will put you in touch with someone who can help you by phone or video appointment.
