Help if moving is difficult for you

If you find it hard to get about for any reason, or struggle with keyboards or pens, we have several ways to make things easier for you. Don’t forget you can access most of our services in our app or Internet Banking from the comfort of your home.

Access to branches

Many of our branches are specially equipped to help you. Look for:

  • Call Assistance bells outside
  • Access ramps for wheelchair users
  • Handrails to give you support
  • Lower counters and ATMs for chair users to reach

Dexterity aids

These aids might help you if your hands and fingers don’t work well. Ask branch staff or call us to request them on 03459 758 758, lines open 8am - 8pm.

  • Signature stamps help you sign documents if it’s hard to hold a pen
  • Chip and signature cards work without you having to enter keyboard numbers
  • Templated cheques include prompts for everything you need to fill in
