- Use the raised dot on the number 5 key to find the other keys around it
- Plug in your headphones to follow the ATM’s voice instructions
Help in branch
If you use a guide dog, you're welcome to bring it inside. Talk to our staff and they can also arrange:
- Private rooms where you can take your time
- Screen magnifiers to read documents
- Coloured Overlays to change the colour contrast
- Leaflets in braille or larger print
- Order a large print cheque book or cheque book template
