If you’re struggling to read any of our materials, and even if you’ve lost your sight, there are things we can do to make sure you can still get the information you need about your finances.

  • Plug in your headphones to follow the ATM’s voice instructions

If you use a guide dog, you're welcome to bring it inside. Talk to our staff and they can also arrange:

  • Private rooms where you can take your time
  • Screen magnifiers to read documents
  • Coloured Overlays to change the colour contrast
  • Leaflets in braille or larger print
  • Order a large print cheque book or cheque book template
