Banking online with us for the first time? You’ll need to register first, here’s how:

Enter your personal details, and the details for one of your TSB accounts

Create your unique user ID and password, then review our terms and conditions

We’ll then verify your ID, we can either do this by phone or post

When you login for the first time, you'll be asked to set up your memorable information and then you’re good to go!

You can set text alerts up in Internet Banking by going to 'My Account Tools' selecting ‘Text Alerts’ and following the instructions on the screen.
